Article 2. Itinerary Changes

  1. The Cruise Line reserves the right to alter arrival/departure times or ports of call without prior notice to the Client due to force majeure, causes not attributable to the Cruise Line, or safety considerations. In such events, the Cruise Line assumes no liability for refunds or compensation.
  2. Any losses incurred by the Client regarding pre-booked shore excursions (delays, cancellations, or shortened stays) resulting from itinerary changes are not covered by compensation.

Article 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation or modification of any cruise itinerary shall be strictly subject to the Cruise Line’s official policies. The Client must notify the Agent in writing of any changes or cancellations; telephone or verbal notifications are invalid. 3. The Client acknowledges that damages/cancellation fees for non-cruise components (flights, hotels, etc.) shall be calculated separately in accordance with relevant regulations and notified by the Agent based on the specific circumstances.

Article 5. Passenger Responsibilities

  1. Cruise passengers must comply with the laws of all visited countries and hold valid passports and visas. The Agent assumes no liability if the Client is denied entry or boarding due to personal reasons or visa issues.
